<br />Section 15l.ll0 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville
<br />is hereby repealed.
<br />
<br />III.
<br />
<br />Sections 15l.1l0 through 15l.l13 of the Village Code of the
<br />Village of Roseville are hereby added to read as follows:

<br />151.ll0. Permit From Liquor Control Commissioner. It shall
<br />be unlawful for any private club or public place, directly or indirectly
<br />or upon any pretense or by any device to allow the consumption or dis-
<br />pla.v of intoxicating liquor, or the serving of any liquid for the purpose
<br />of mixing with intoxicating liquor without first securing a permit from the
<br />Liquor Control Commissioner and paying the annual fee as provided in this
<br />ordinance.

<br />l5l.l11. Fee. Every private club or public place desiring to
<br />allow the consumptiooor display of intoxicating liquor shall on or before
<br />Ju.J.y 1 of each year pay to the village treasurer a fee of Three Hundred
<br />Dollars ($300), and shall be isroed a written receipt therefor. If a
<br />portion of the year has elapsed when payment is made, a pro rata fee shall
<br />be paid; but no such pro rata fee shall be accepted from any private club
<br />or public place which has violated Section l5l.ll0 of this ordinance.
<br />In computing such fee, anyunexpired fraction of a month shall be computed
<br />as one month. The written receipt shall be posted in some conspicuous
<br />place upon the premises alongside the permit issued by the Liquor Control
<br />Commissioner and shall be kept posted at all times.

<br />151.112. en For Ins ection. Any private club or public place
<br />allowing the consump J.on or J.sp 0 intoxicating liquor shall be open
<br />at all reasonable hours for inspection by the Liquor Control Commissioner,
<br />his designated agents, and du~ authorized peace officers of the village.
<br />Refusal to permit such inspections shall be a violation of this ordinance.

<br />151.113. Does Not Apply to Intoxicating Liquor Licensees.
<br />
<br />This ordinance does not app~ to any premises licensed for the sale of
<br />intoxicating liquor.
