Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF mSEVILIE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 324 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLA.GE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY REPEALIm SECTIONS 145.020, 145.030, and 145.040, AND <br />ADDING NEW SECTIONS 145.020 AND 145.030. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Sections 145.020, 145.030 and 145.040 of the Village Code of <br />the Village of Roseville are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Sections 14.5.020 and 145.030 of the Village Code of the Village <br />of Roseville shall read as follows: <br /> <br />145.020. License Re<juired. No dog owner shall keep any dog <br />over three months of age with~ the Village of Roseville unless a license <br />therefor has been secured. Licenses shall be issued by the Village Clerk <br />with a fee of Five Dollars ($5.00) for each dog, and each license shall <br />be valid for the life of the dog, providing that the address of the owner <br />of such dog remains the same . <br /> <br />145.030. Issuance of Tags. Upon the payment of the license fee, <br />the Village CJ.e rk shall issue a license tag to the owmr, on 'Which tag the <br />following informa ti.on shall appear: name and address of the owner, and <br />the license number of the dog. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />1961. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council of Roseville this 14th day of July, <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the request of Donald V. Roberts <br />for rezoning of property located at the intersection of Highway 280 and <br />County Road B from R-l to R-3 be set up for a Public Hearing on <br />August 4, 1961, and tmt the Clerk contact Mr. Roberts and advise him of <br />the stand and action taken by the Planning Conunission on his request for <br />rezoning.
