<br />w <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVI1LE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the Village Council, Friday, July 28, 1961. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke and McGee. <br />Attorney Bell, Engineer Soutter and Village Clerk Turnlund were also <br />present. <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the Minutes of the Council <br />Meeting of July 14, 1961 be accepted as corrected. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />On Page I under Reiling Rezoning, the motion should read ... be <br />continued until the meeting of July 281 1961. <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the final plat for Otto's <br />Addition, located at the southwest corner of B2 and Dale be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Hoved, McGee Seconded that the public hearing on th~ final <br />plat of the Matkaiti Addition, located at the northeast corner of <br />B and Dale be continued to the meeting of August 4, 1961, to permit <br />the Village Engineer and Village Attorney an opportunity to work out <br />problems encountered in the review of the final plat. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, l'1cGee Seconded that the requ~st by Charles R. Stine, <br />984 Ii. County Road B2, for variance to setback requirements of the <br />zoning code to allow construction of a building to within 8 feet of <br />the right-of-way be allowed. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Flanagan }loved, McGee Seconded that the request by Harold Dworshak <br />for variance to the zoning ordinance on property located at <br />197 NcCarrons Street to permit construction of two buildings on one <br />platted lot be approved. In construction, the normal setback require- <br />ments provided in the zoning ordinance shall be met on the 80 foot lot <br />indicated in the legal descri:ption submitted by Mr . Dworshak. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (OJ. <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the contract between the Village <br />and the Reihbein Landscaping Company and Reihbein Excavating Company <br />for the joint storm drainage - Walsh Lake Area, Phase IV be approved <br />on the conditions stipulated in the Village Attorney's letter of <br />July 24, 1961.
