Eoll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved McGee Seconded, that the Ordinance amending S~ction <br />7.220(6) of the Village Code relating to ~eping of farm animals be <br />continued to the meeting of August 4, 1961. Roll Call, ~yes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded that the public hearing on the <br />Reiling Rezoning be continued to the meeting of August 4, 1961, and <br />that the attorney for Mr. Reiling and the Village Attorney get <br />together and incorporate the conditions established for construction <br />of utilities and improvement of street in the proposed site development. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the resolut~on on vacation <br />of Brenner Avenue be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes '(4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 464 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN SECTION OF BRENNER AVENUE IN <br />THE VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A petition dated the 1st day of J~ne, 1961, signed by <br />a majority of the owners of real property abutt1pg upon a certain <br />section of Brenner Avenue, hereinafter descr~Qed, requesting the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville to vacate ~aid section of <br />said avenue according to law was duly filed with the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, and said Council met on July 14, 1961, at <br />8:00 P.M. at a place specified in a notice ~uly publiphed an~ posted <br />as required by law and has heard all interested persons J and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It appears that it would be in the interests of the <br />public that a section of said Brenner Avenue as hereinafter described <br />be vacated; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL pF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVItLE, NINNESOTA, AS FOLWWS: <br /> <br />1) That a section of Brenner Avenue in the Village of Roseville <br />as the same is now dedicated and laid out be, and the same hereby is, <br />vacated and discontinued as a public street. <br /> <br />Said section of Brenner Avenue is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Brenner Avenue ly~ within Section 2. <br />Township 29, Range 23, lying West of the west rignt-01'-way line of <br />Churchill Street extended, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WOODLYNN CIVIC <br />PARK ASSOCIATION <br />(CONT'D.) <br /> <br />FARM AND'~L <br />ORTIINANCE <br /> <br />REILING REZONING <br /> <br />VACATION OF <br />BRENNER AVE. <br />RESOLUTION #464 <br />
