The O1JfNERS agree to pay to the VILLAGE the sum of $2,500..00 in <br />lieu of special assessments, ad valorem taxes, and connection charges <br />and further agree that they will pay the usual sewer service charge <br />required of all property owners within the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />7. The OWNERS further agree that any conveyance of the above real <br />estate shall terminate all obligations on the part of the VILLAGE of <br />ROSEVILLE until the new owners subscribe and agree to the conditions of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br />II.. <br /> <br />1. Goepfert for extension of the Roseville Water CompanyU s <br />service mains to the vicinity of County Road C and Victoria be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - N~s (0). <br /> <br />McGee Moved, Flanagan Seconded that the Village Council adopt the joint <br />statement for financing public improvements; and that this statement <br />be issued concurrently 'Wi th the School Board of Independent District <br />No. 623; and that the Mayor and the Village Council sign a copy of <br />the statement. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />The Board of Education of Independent District No. 623 <br />and the Council of the Village of Roseville recognize a <br />mutual financing problem over the next five years for planned <br />new schools and for needed village improvements.
