<br />-7- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 476 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO 0 416 <br />(CONT~Do) <br /> <br />WHEREAS on August 4, 1961 a petition was filed with the Village <br />Council and referred to the Village Clerk for checking as to fonn and <br />sufficiency for a proposed water improvement in an area generally <br />described therein and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Village ClTk has certified that he has examined and <br />checked the petition and found the same to be in proper fonn and signed <br />by 100% of the owners of the property affected by the making of the <br />improvement petitioned for; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville;J <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.. That certain petition requesting the improvement of the following <br />described territory: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point of the NE corner of Lot 9, Jordan!s Garden Lots9 <br />thence WLY along the N line of said Lot 9 a distance of 106"ll feet9 <br />thence NLY to the centerline of Roselawn Ave., thence WLY along the <br />centerline of Roselawn Ave" a distance of 34011', thence NLY a distance <br />of 178.11 ft.., thence ELY and parallel with the centerline of <br />Roselawn Ave. a distance of 134.69 ft., thence NLY a distance of 150 fto, <br />thence ELY a distance of 227..89 ft., thence SLY of last described line <br />to the centerline of Roselawn Ave.., thence WLY along said centerline <br />to the intersection of Victoria st. centerline, thence SLY along said <br />centerline to the intersection of the extended S line of Lot 2, <br />Jordan's Garden Lots, thence WLY along said extended S line to the SW <br />corner of said Lot 2, thence NLY to the point of beginning <br /> <br />filed with the Council on August 4, 1961 is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in ronfonnity with M.S. 429..035.. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Banister Engineering Company.\) the <br />village conSllting engineers, and they are instructed to report to the <br />Council 'With all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended" <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Flanagan Seconded that Resolution No.. 477 declaring <br />adequacy of a petition for a public water improvement.9 and referring <br />said petition to the consulting engineers for a feasibility report be <br />adopted.
