<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, Monday March 12, 1962. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich, Kustermann and <br />Reinecke. <br /> <br />8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Minutes of the Meeting of MINUTES <br />March 5, 1962, be accepted as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />On Page 4 under Workmen's Compensation Insurance it should read: <br />Reinecke ~loved, Flana an Seconded, that Insurance Committee recomend- <br />at~on e ollowed and that the pro osal of the Auto Owner's Insurance <br />Company or the Wor men s Compensat~on contract .or t e V~llage o. <br />Rosevi lIe from ~1arch 1 1962 to March 1, 1963 be accepted at the rice <br />st~pulated ~n accordance w~t the~r spec~f~cat~on. Roll Call, Ayes 2) <br />Nays (3). Goodrich, Kustermann and McGee voting nay. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Village Clerk be <br />authorized to open the bids on the two police station wagons. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bidding on the Police cars <br />be closed and that the bids be turned over to the" Assistant Police Chief <br />to tabulate during the meeting for possible action later during the <br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that request for rezoning of property <br />owned by the Tusler Lodge No. 263 located at Highway 36 and Hamline Ave. <br />from R-l to R-3 be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that request for variance for two <br />signs by 'Mr. Mersky and the one by Mr. Wong be denied. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the Attorney be authorized to <br />draw up a sign ordinance to be presented to the Council for consideration, <br />based on the recommendation that was made by the Planning Commission under <br />their File No.4. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that Resolution No. 537 A-I regard- <br />ing site development by the Lexington Holding Company at Dionne and <br />Dunlap be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Police Station Wagon bid <br />be awarded to Midway Ford Company at a price of $2,300 for the two <br />station wagons.
