<br />-2- <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Park Construction Co. <br />be allowed a special use permit for removing gravel at the Southeast <br />corner of County Road B2 and Fulham Street, as per the following <br />conditions. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />1. The point on the centerline of Fulham Street, 247 ft south of the <br />north line of the south half of Sec. 8 (centerline of Co. Rd. B 2) <br />shall remain at an elevation of 921.5 ft. <br /> <br />2. A base line to the east from this point and paralled to Co. Rd. B 2 <br />be established at an elevation that procedes on a plus grade of 0.3%. <br />The finished grade along this line shall be no lower than the base <br />line, <br /> <br />3. The finished grade to the north from the base line shall be no lower <br />than the base line plus a grade of 0.3%. <br /> <br />4. A minimum of 3 ft. berm at the east property line shall be retained, <br />and the excavation from the top of berm shall be protected by a 2:1 <br />slope to the actual excavated grade. <br /> <br />5. A minimum of a 3 ft. berm south from the centerline of Co. Rd. B 2 <br />shall be retained and the excavation from the top of the berm shall <br />be protected by a 2:1 slope to the actual excavated grade. Provided <br />further, that the actual excavation along a line 33 ft. south of the <br />centerline of Co. Rd. B 2 shall be no lower than a grade resulting <br />from starting at a point on the centerline of Fulham at an elevation <br />of 928.0 ft. and proceding east on a plus .5% grade. <br /> <br />6. The nongranular material is to be removed, stored at the site, and <br />replaced in the excavation so that the resulting characteristics <br />will conform to limits above. <br /> <br />7. That if the sanitary sewer or its appurtenances become damaged, the <br />permittee will, immediately and at his cost, repair same. <br /> <br />8. That this permit is limited to what is known as the Carr property, <br />approximately 3.59 acres. <br /> <br />9. Entire project to be completed within six months from March 12, 1962. <br /> <br />Reinecke Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the question of the Pylon type <br />sign be referred to the Planning Commission for study and recommendation <br />back to the Council, unless the Planning Commission has already considered <br />the Pylon Sign in its present recommendation for revision of the sign <br />ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Flanagan Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that on the verbal request of <br />Mr. Mischek the sign variance request of O. H. Robbins be withdrawn <br />and the $5.00 fee be returned.
