<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, an adjourned <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minne~ota3 was duly held at the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on Wednesday, the 25th day of April: 1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: McGee, Flanagan, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Kustermann and Reinecke <br /> <br />andthe following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also present were Mr. Richard Turnlund, Village Clerk; <br />Mr. Robert Bell, village attorney; Mr. Charles Soutter, village <br />engineer; Mro Roger Short of Banister Engineering Co., consulting <br />engineers; and Mr. Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br />bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of proposed Pascal Avenue Storm Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />in the village. The Clerk produced an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of a notice appearing on the improvement two weeksin the <br /> <br />official newspaper of the village, the last publication being <br /> <br />on the 19th day of April, 1962, and his certificate regarding <br /> <br />mailing of published notice to all affected property owners, <br /> <br />~";:l.ich affidavit and his certificate were examined and ordered <br /> <br />placed on file.
