<br />but requested clarification of the establishment of $6.50 per front
<br />foot as the assessment,

<br />Mrs, C, .1, Thomas, 1199 Josephine Road - stated she was very much
<br />in favor of the improvement and wished the Council could complete
<br />construction by the end of the construction season in 1962,
<br />
<br />The following appeared and asked for information or clarification:

<br />Les Brost, 3178 Highway 8, New Brighton, as an owner of property
<br />in Roseville, Mr, Brost desired further clarification of the problem
<br />of acreage assessments, Mr, Brost also stated that he had been
<br />assessed for a portion of the property shown in the improvement
<br />and would not accept a re-assessment of the property,
<br />
<br />Michael Mertens, 3030 N, Raymond ~ asked if it would be required that
<br />residents hook up to the sewer in a certain period of time, and would
<br />they be subject to taxation as soon as the sewer was put in or would
<br />they only begin paying taxes at the point the sewer is installed,
<br />
<br />Deane Anklan, Ramsey County Engineer, wished to have it on the
<br />record that he was in attendance representing Ramsey County.
