,.2- Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 2701 Lexington Avenue North, Roseville 13, 11innesota~ on Honday, March 25" 1.963, at 8:00 P,M" CeS,T, to consider the making of improverni:::nts on the following described site: County Road "B'" between the East line of Pascal Avenue and the East line of Snelling AvenueD Ramsey County ~ ~1innesota, The improvements are generally to he as follows: Entering into an agreement with the County of Ramsey, i'hnnesota, wherein the County of Ramsey would agree to do the fe owing: Construct a Forty-eirht (48!) concrete roadway on COUl' Road "E" from the tvest line of lIamline Avenue to the east line of Pascal Avenue, construct a Sixty-Eight Foot (68') concrete road on County Road "B" from the East line of Pascal Avenue to Four Hundred Feet East (400'E) of the East line of Snelling Avenue: construct a Sixty Eight Foot (68') bituminous road on County Road "B" from Four Hundred Feet East (400!) of the East line of Snelling Avenue to the East line of Snelling Avenue: construct curbs and gutters; construct necessary storm drainage; and pay for all costs of constructing the Forty~Eight Foot (48') roadway referred to above, pay a proportionate share of the cost of the Sixty-Eight Foot (68') concrete roadway referred to above, said proportionate share to be that amount that a Forty-eight Foot (48") concrete roadway would cost, The Village of Roseville would agree to acquire the necessary right of ways on County Road "'B" from the East line of Pascal Avenue to the East line of Snelling Avenue, and the Village of Roseville would agree to pay all costs of the acquisition of the right=of=way hereinabove set forth, and pay a proportionate share of the cost of the Sixty=E1~lt (68') concrete roadway, said proportionate share of the cost to be that additional cost necessary to construct a sixty-eight foot (68') concrete roadway over and above the cost of a forty-eight foot (48') concrete roadway; and the Village of Rosevi11e would agree to pay all costs of the Sixty-Eight foot (68') bituminous roadway referred to above. Said improvements will be pursuant to mnnesota Statutes 4290011 to 429,llL The estimated cost of the entire improvement by the County of Ramsey and the Village of Rosevi1le is One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($136,400000) of which the estimated cost of the Village of Rosevil1e's proportionate share would be Thirty-Eight Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($38,450.00),
