<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, May 20, 1963. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker <br />and Kustermann. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of <br />May 13, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Mayor McGee opened the public hearing on Commerce Street Improvement <br />and called upon the Clerk to read the affidavit of publication and <br />certificate of mailing of notices to adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />Mr. Turnlund, the Village Clerk, presented the affidavit showing <br />publication of notice in the Village legal newspaper on May 8, and <br />May IS, 1963, and a certificate showing the mailing of required legal <br />notice. The notice read as follows: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville will meet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville 13, ~finnesota, at 8:00 P.M. <br />to consider making improvements over the following described sites: <br /> <br />(This is a section of Pascal Avenue and Commerce Street) <br /> <br />The South Ten Feet (5 10') of Tracts A & B, Registered Land Survey <br />No. 86, and <br /> <br />The North Fifty Feet (N 50') of Lot One (I), Block Three (3) <br />Zimmerman Office Park, according to the plat thereof on file and <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Pascal Street from the South line of the right-of-way of Rose Mall <br />Street Northerly to a line Ten Feet North (lO'N) of and parallel to <br />the Southerly line of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 86 <br />extended Easterly. <br /> <br />The improvements are generally to be the construction and paving <br />of a 7 ton capacity road on all of the above rights-of-way, and the <br />construction of necessary storm drainage system on said rights-of-way <br />and the construction of curbs and gutters and the acquiring of rights- <br />of-way.
