<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />.egular Meeting of the Village Council, June 3, 1963. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Trustees Goodrich, Curley, Kustermann and <br />Schrenker. Absent: Mayor McGee. <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of May 27, 1963, be accepted as corrected. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />On Page 2, it should read: <br /> <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />special meeting of May 27, 1963, be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (1), Curley abstaining. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the Attorney be authorized <br />to draft a resolution vacating Tiny Drive from the Southeasterly <br />'ine of Heinel Drive to the Northwesterly line of vacated Lake <br />Jwasso Boulevard South. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Schrenker Moved, KuStermann Seconded, that the public hearing on <br />Berglund variance be continued until the Council meeting of June 17, <br />1963; that the matter be referred to the Planning Commission for a <br />report back on June 17, 1963. Roll Call, Ayes (4) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the Garley Construction <br />Company public hearing be continued until June 10, 1963. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the attorney be authorized <br />to draft a resolution vacating Eldridge Avenue lying 132.5 feet <br />west of the west right-of-way line of Midlothian Road to the west <br />right-of-way line of Midlothian Road.
