<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />~egular Meeting of the Village Council, June 24, 1963. <br /> <br />8:00 P.~1. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Kustermann and Schrenker. <br /> <br />Kustermann Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meeting of June 17, 1963, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) e <br />Nays (0) = Abstentions (1), Schrenker abstaining. <br /> <br />MINUTE S <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Tschida subdivision <br />of a parcel of land described by metes and bounds and located on <br />Hamline Avenue south of Roselawn Avenue be granted, subject to <br />the approval of the dedication of right-of-way on Hamline Avenue. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0). <br /> <br />TSCHIDA <br />SUBDIVISION OF <br />LAND <br /> <br />Goodrich ~1oved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and Clerk be <br />authorized to execute the earnest money contract for Easement <br />W=34 calling for a consideration of $65.00 for Easement W-44 <br />Revised, calling for a consideration of $150.00, and for Easement <br />W=70 calling for a consideration of $100.00, all upon proof of <br />such title and documents as shall meet the approval of the Village <br />Attorney.
