-2- Mayor McGee made the following Proclamation: WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville does not have an official flower, and WHEREAS, we believe that an official flower should be named so as to encourage its use in the Village, and WHEREAS, we further believe that a flower should be designated which will lend significance to the Village name NOWj THEREFORE, we the duly elected Village Council of Roseville do hereby proclaim that the official flower of the Village of Roseville shall from this day hence be the Rose. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Rose be designated the offical flower of Roseville.
