<br />MR. JOHN MESSAROS, 2913 Mildred Drive: Wanted to know if he <br />would be assessed for water for the entire year of 1964, <br />payable in 1965, or if it would be pro-rated from the time the <br />water was actually installed. <br /> <br />MR. EVERETT BUHKHOLDER, 2551 N. Lexington: Inquired about the <br />$l.50 per foot trunk assessment. <br /> <br />MR. R. C. ARTH, representing Immanuel Community Church, 1310 <br />W. County Road B-2: Objected to the assessment because they <br />had to purchase additional property before building in order <br />to obtain a permit from the Council. <br /> <br />MR. NEAL ABRAHAM, 2647 Virginia: Has a corner lot and wanted <br />to know when the decision would be made as to policy on corner <br />lot assessments. <br /> <br />MR. DONALD WESTERHOFF, 2975 Manson St.: Lives in the former <br />Minnesota Water Company area, doens't feel there has been an <br />improvement, and objects to the $2.00 assessment. <br /> <br />MR. G. E. ROEHNING, 2976 Patton Road: Felt that there had <br />been no improvement to his property since the acquisition of <br />the Minnesota Water Company by the village. <br /> <br />MR. KELLEY JENKINS, 785 Rose Place: Requested that the <br />assessment on his property follow the same practice as on the <br />sewer. <br /> <br />MR. CARL TONSFELDT, 864 West County Road B-2: Complained about <br />the condition of the water. <br /> <br />MR. CLARENCE RICHTER, 2550 N. Hamline: An adjustment had been <br />made on his sewer assessment and he requested that the same <br />method be followed on the water asses_mente <br /> <br />MR. GERALD D. MILLER, 2927 Marion: Objected to the $2.00 <br />assessment and inquired about the feasibility of turning the <br />pump back on at the end of Marion Street and turning off the <br />St.Paul water. <br /> <br />MR. OTTO RICHTER, 26ll N. Hamline: Requested information as <br />to the basis of assessment. <br /> <br />MR. GEORGE MCMAHON, 449 S. Owasso Blvd.: Said he had sent a <br />letter to the Council. Was advised it would be considered. <br /> <br />ETHEL A. FOSTER, 595 S. Owasso Blvd.: Said she's too far away <br />from the water line to receive service. <br />
