MR. FRED SIEBER, 1435 Brenner Avenue: Asked a question as to
the feasibility of running the sewer line north from Brenner
at Pascal to Clarmar. Also felt that the contractors had done
a bad job in the repair of streets after the construction of
the improvements.

MR. FRANCIS DE CHErNE, l241 N.W. 6th St., New Brighton: Has a
236 foot piece of property on County Road C, of which 200 feet
is swamp. Two connections have been put in the swampy area
and he feels they should be eliminated from the assessment.

MR. JAMES T. SWETTE, 2964 Patton Road: Objected to the $2.00
per foot assessment.

MR. THOMAS WILL~AUS, 306l No. Hamline, representing the Willmus
properties in Roseville: His first question concerned Willmus
Estates located in the area of County Road C and Dale Street to
Western, 300 feet of front trunk line to a culdesac. There
were also several feet of main installed under the Minnesota
Water Company on which they are being assessed the full amount
of $4.75 a foot. The second piece of property is on Snelling
Avenue between County Road C-2 and Lydia. They're being
assessed the regular front foot and they're also being assessed
a service connection for each individual lot. He had requested
that only 3 or 4 connections be put in and this was done.
However, it's being assessed 1 connection for each lot. The
third piece of property is the industrial area located at County
Road C and Cleveland. He requested that each lot be assessed
individually. The fourth piece of property is industrial at
County Road B and Cleveland. He feels there is a problem in the
method of assessment.

MR. JOE PREESE, 3006 Highway 8: Lives on a corner lot and
was assessed 125 feet for the side rather than 25. It was
pointed out that since his property is deeper than 200 feet, the
25 foot assessment applies only to the first 200 feet.

MR. JACK MCGRATH, representing JULIA GANGL, 1420 Thomas Avenue,
St. Paul: Has unplatted property against which the assessment
is $4.75 a front foot. Mr. Turnlund explained that the property
must be over 200 feet in depth before the acreage assessment
is applied.

MR. CLAYTON MULLEN, representing Tusler Lodge: (Property
1 block north and 1 block east of Hamline and Highway 36).
Being assessed both on Dellwood and Hamline. Their plan is
to construct one building which would be closer to Hamline than
Dellwood and they would draw water from one street only. Asked
if they could be assessed on the basis of a corner lot rather
than have both a front and rear assessment.
