Turn lund, Village Clerk <br /> <br />Mr. Turnlund also produced an affidavit of mailing the assessment <br />notice to all property owners appearing on the County Treasurer's <br />tax roll within 30 days prior to the assessment hearing. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consider- <br />ation of objections, if any, to said proposed assessments. All <br />persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral <br />objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with the <br />Village Clerk were presented and considered. and all such objections <br />were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Willmus, 3061 North Hamline: Objected to the manner in <br />which the property is being assessed. Referred to their property <br />located at 2480 North Cleveland. The north part of this tract is <br />involved in about 100 feet of high line and pipe line easements <br />and will not be able to have a connection and there will be no <br />buildings on it. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the comments and objections the assessment <br />hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1064 amending <br />assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 5 be adopted.
