This notice read: <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.5, VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, <br />in said village, on October 12, 1964, at 7:30 o'clockp.m., to consider <br />the proposed assessment for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.5, under <br />and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file with the Village Clerk and <br />open to public inspection at the Village Hall, 270l North Lexington, <br />St. Paul 13, Minnesota. Written or oral objections thereto by any <br />property owner will be considered at the time and place stated <br />above. The general nature of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 5 <br />is the construction of sanitary sewer mains, services and appurten- <br />ances within the area described below. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes the <br />properties within the following described boundary: <br />County Road B-2 Area - Commencing at the Northwest corner of <br />Section 9, T. 29, R. 23, which point is also the. intersection at <br />County Road C and Cleveland Avenue; thence easterly along the <br />north line of said Section 9,673 feet; thence southerly, parallel <br />to and 673 feet distant from the west line of said Section 9 <br />approximately l320 feet to the north line of the Southwest quarter <br />(1/4) of the Northwest quarter (1/4) of said Section 9; thence <br />easterly along said north line, approximately 650 feet to the <br />northeast corner of said quarter, quarter (l/4 l/4); thence <br />southerly along the east line of said quarter quarter (1/4 1/4) <br />450 feet; thence easterly and parallel to and 450 feet distant <br />from the north line of the south half (l/2) of the Northwest <br />quarter (l/4) of said Section 9, approximately l320 feet to the <br />east line of Section 9, said east line also being known as the <br />centerline of Fairview Avenue; thence southerly along said center- <br />line approximately l200 feet to a point lying 990 feet north of the <br />south line of the north half (1/2) of the southwest quarter (l/4) <br />of said Section 9; thence westerly approximately one half mile to <br />the west line of said Section 9; thence northerly along said west <br />liQe~ ~pproximately 2960 feet to the northwest corner of Section 9, <br />wh~cn ~s thepoint of beginning. <br /> <br />Prior Avenue Area - Commencing at the intersection of the north <br />line of County Road C as it now exists and the east line of Block <br />C, Twin View, which point being approximately 980 feet east of <br />the west line of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23; thence northerly <br />along said east line and extended east line of Block C, Twin View, <br />200 feet to point of beginning; thence northerly along said extended <br />east line, approximately l020 feet to the north line of the South <br />one-half (1/2) of the southwest quarter (1/4) of said Section 4; <br />thence easterly along said north line 780.D feet; thence southerly <br />and parallel to the east line of said southwest quarter (l/4) of <br />said Section 4 approximately 880 feet to a point lying 200 feet <br />northerly of the North line of County Road C as it now exists; <br />thence westerly parallel to and 200 feet distant from said North <br />
