<br />The following petitions were received: <br /> <br />Petition dated April 5, 1965 presented by 70 signers in favor <br />of the improvement. <br /> <br />Petition dated April 2, 1965 presented with 30 signers in favor <br />of the ~provement. <br /> <br />Petition indicating that the lack of water drainage at Lexington <br />and County Road B is dangerous and a solution to correct this situa- <br />tion should be taken as soon as possible was presented with 61 persons <br />in favor - (some living within the drainage area)- all members of the <br />Lexington school P.T.A. <br /> <br />Additional petitions presented with 297 signers in favor of the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />Petitions presented with 62 signers opposed to the drainage <br />plan for Area II as presently presented. <br /> <br />Petitions presented with 54 signers opposed to the plan to run <br />storm sewer down Oakcrest Avenue between North Hamline and North <br />Lexington. They feel there is no benefit to their property and do <br />not feel it fair to be assessed for something from which they will <br />not benefit. <br /> <br />Moved by Shields and seconded by Grauel that the matter be <br />taken under advisement.
