ASked if they could be excluded <br />from the improvement. <br /> <br />MRS. JOSEPH KOCOUR, JR., ll76 oakcrest: Opposed to the present <br />plan for the ponds in the area. <br /> <br />PETER PATRICK, l252 Oakcrest: Assumes that if the improvement <br />is constructed, Willow Pond will collect more water than presently <br />and there will be an overflow on the pond or the elevation regulated <br />and a dike would be built along the northern edge. Swanson: Agreed to <br />the need of storm sewers, but reserved the right to disagree on the <br />proposed method of assessment. <br /> <br />FRED KEUPPERS, JR. of Kueppers, Strong & Kueppers, indicating <br />that he would be present at the hearing on April 28 to express and <br />explain the views of several property owners included in the ~prove- <br />ment. <br /> <br />CLIFFORD W. LUND of C. W. Lund Construction Co., 2241 North <br />Milton Street: Indicated he had been asked to offer a solution to <br />the prOblem and hazard which will be created if water is diverted <br />from Sherren and Oxford to the ponding area. Does not believe the <br />present plans solve the problem permanently. Felt the whole project <br />should be tabled until a pe~anent solution can be reached. <br /> <br />ROBERT W.
