<br />FRED A. YORK. 1193 West. Burke: Said he's in favor of an <br />effective drainage system. In favor of a drainage system that is a <br />little more inclusive in its overall concept. Opposed to any more <br />asseSSMents than he absolutely has to have. Then said opposed to <br />any more assessments than absolutely necessary to get the job done. <br />Then said he's opposed to the improvement as it's suggested right <br />now because it's not inclusive enough. <br /> <br />RICHARD H. T RUS 0, 1312 Burke Avenue: In favor of the project. <br /> <br />AUGUST W. HAUGAN, JR., l16l oakcrest: opposed to the project. <br />as it. is proposed because he's in an area where there are two <br />nat.ural drainage ponds and they believe the ponds will dry up if the <br />proj ect goes ahead as proposed. RecOIDIIlended a change in the boundary <br />of the project. <br /> <br />MRS. HAROLD L. KLEIN, 1215 Oakcrest: Opposed to the project as <br />outlined. She didn,.'t. think going down Oakcrest as proposed would <br />t.ake care of any of the problems and doesn't care to be taxed or <br />assessed for the project as it is now proposed. <br /> <br />DR. ARTHUR R. SCHMIDT, 2242 North Oxford: (President of the <br />Lexington School P.T.A.) In favor of the improvement. Wanted to <br />know if the pondS would be fenced. <br /> <br />LOWELL SATRE, 2440 North Hamline: Wanted to know how residents <br />not included in this project would be assessed for stor.m sewers in <br />the future. <br /> <br />FLOYD SNYKER, 646 Pineview Court, representing the Ramsey <br />County Engineers Department: In favor of the proj ect. <br /> <br />H. N. HUBERT, 1252 West Skillman: Complained about the water <br />coming from St. Rose of Lima Church parking lot. <br /> <br />L. F. WARMAN, 1866 Huron: Would like to be included in ~e <br />improvement. <br /> <br />DON BRANDVOLD. 1266 West Skillman: In favor of the improvement. <br /> <br />o. R. VIDEEN, 2204 North Oxford: In favor of the improvement. <br />Had several suggestions for the engineers. <br /> <br />CLARENCE GOULD, 1295 Oakcrest: Not opposed to the improvement <br />but feels their only problem results from the water put into Willow <br />pond. Presen~ed a peti~ion signed by 36 persons who also feel they <br />should not be assessed for a water problem that is not theirs. <br /> <br />5 <br />
