Peels taxes and assessments <br />are too high. Opposed to the improvement. <br /> <br />MERRILL .~~. STEINCAMP, l409 West Roselawn: Does not live in the <br />improvement area, but has had severe water problems. <br /> <br />PAUL SIMS, 2403 North Dunlap: In favor of the improvement. <br />However, his area has no prOblems and he would prefer not being <br />included. <br /> <br />FRED A KUEPPERS, JR., Attorney at Law, Commerce Building, St. <br />Paul, representing several persons in the Sherren - Oxford area, <br />Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Moore, 948 Sherren, and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred A. <br />Podgorski, 958 West Sherren_ They do not fe~l the improvement is <br />feasible. Also <br />wanted to know if the village anticipated any increased valuation as <br />a result of homes that have benefitted from the storm sewers. SWANSON, l2l0 vlest Sherren: In favor of the improvement <br /> <br />DENNIS S OHLST ROM, 2599 North Lexington: Chairman of the Sub- <br />committee on storm sewers formed by the council in April of 1963 to <br />study capital ~provements. That committee had encouraged the con- <br />struction of storm sewers in the areas being proposed. <br /> <br />ELON J.
