<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of rtoseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 7, 1965 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Lexington School, Lexington and County <br /> <br />Road B in said village on~8daYlthe 7th day of October, 1965 <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village <br /> <br />Manager 1 Robert Bell, Village Attorney; Lowell Odland, Director <br /> <br />of Public Works, Roger Short, Banister En9ineer~g Co., Village <br /> <br />Consulting Engineers; and Peter S. popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br /> <br />Village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing pUblication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Water <br /> <br />Improvement No. 64-7 in the Suburban Life On September 22 and 29, <br /> <br />1965, in accordance with the resolution adopted September 13, <br /> <br />1965, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and <br /> <br />ordered placed on file. <br />
