VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Special Meeting of the Village Council - November 1, 1965. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing for proposed Storm Sewer Improvement 65-37 and requested that the Village Manager read the official notice of hearing on the improvement: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m. on November 1, 1965, to consider the making of an improvement by installing a storm sewer drainage system in that area lying and being in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the center of Section 15, T. 29, R. 23; thence WIly along the south line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 15, said south line also being known as the centerline of Roselawn Avenue, approximately 2482 feet to the extended west line of Block 2, Snelling View Homesites, said west line also being known as the east R/W line of Snelling Avenue; thence N'ly along the extended West line and West line of said Block 2, Snelling View Homesites to the NW corner of Lot 8 of said Block 2; thence E'ly along the North line of said Lot 8 to the west line of Block 2, Idawill Homesites; thence N'ly along said west line to the NW corner of Lot 6, Block 2 Idawill Homesites; thence E'ly along the north line and extended north line of said Lot 6 to the centerline of Asbury Street; thence N'ly along the centerline of Asbury Street 10 feet; thence E'ly, parallel with and 143 feet N'ly of the South line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 15 to the extended West line of Block 2, Schacht Addition; thence N'ly along said extended West line to the SW corner of said Block 2, Schacht Addition; thence E'ly along the South line and extended south line of said Block 2 to the centerline of Arona Street; thence S'ly along said centerline to the extended North line of Lot 7, Block 1 of said Schacht Addition; thence E'ly along said extended North line and North line of said Lot 7, Block I, Schacht Addition to the West line of Block 2, Kay-Reen Homesites; thence N'ly along said west line to the NW corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Kay~Reen Homesites; thence E' ly along the North lines and extended North lines of Lot 7, Block 2 and Lot 7, Block I, Kay-Reen Homesites to the East' line of Block I, Kay-Reen Homesites; thence N' ly along said East line to the extended North lines of Lot 3 and Lots 5 thru 12 of Diedrich's Homesites; Thence E'ly along said extended North lines and North lines of Lots 5 thru 12 and Lot 3 of said Diedrich's Home- sites to the extended East line of Lot 14, Block 15, Midway Hills Re of Como Garden Lots; thence S'ly along said extended East line and East line to the NW corner Lot 18 of said Block 15. thence E'ly along the north lines of Lots 18 and 19 of said Block 15 to the NE corner of said Lot 19. thence S'ly along the east line and extended east of said Lot 19 of said Block 15.
