The estimated cost of <br />such improvement is Forty-One Thousand, Six Hundred Eighty Dollars <br />($4l,680.00) for Roseville's portion of the cost. Turnlund <br />Village Manager <br /> <br />TIle Village Manager also produced a certificate of mailing of notices <br />of hearing to all persons listed on the County Assessor's rolls within <br />30 days of the hearing. <br /> <br />The Village Manager gave a short explanation of the proposed <br />financing of the improvement. Roger Short, Banister Engineering <br />Company, gave a short explanation of the engineering elements of <br />the improvement. <br /> <br />Dean Anklan, Ramsey County Engineer, gave a short explanation of <br />the involvement of Ramsey County in the improvement. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the meeting to questions and comments by the public, <br />with the following in favor of the improvement: <br /> <br />Merrill Steincamp, 1409 Roselawn Avenue <br />W.
