The estimated cost of such improvement is Forty-One Thousand, Six Hundred Eighty Dollars ($4l,680.00) for Roseville's portion of the cost. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting, /5/ Richard W. The Village Manager gave a short explanation of the proposed financing of the improvement. Roger Short, Banister Engineering Company, gave a short explanation of the engineering elements of the improvement. Dean Anklan, Ramsey County Engineer, gave a short explanation of the involvement of Ramsey County in the improvement.
