<br />Extract of Minutes of Meetino <br />of Village Council - <br />Village of R0sevil1e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />February 25, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the village council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held at Alexander Ramsey High School, 1261 Highway 36, in <br />said village on Friday, February 25, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fcllowing members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel, and Shields; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of Notice of Hearing on proposed Street Improvement No. 66-10 in <br />accordance with the resolution adopted January 29, 1966, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed <br /> <br />to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also presented a <br />Certificate showing ~ailing of notices of the public hearing to <br />affected property owners. <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description of <br />the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br />and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the <br />published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them, were <br />as follows: <br />
