CHARLES THELEN, 2646 Virginia: His property is on the <br />corner of County Road C and Virginia. Access is on Virginia and <br />he will not be assessed. Also asked if there would be a new speed <br />limit on the widened road, and if so, what it would be. <br /> <br />MR. MARK COOPER, 212 W. County Road C: Didn't feel that the <br />improvement would be a benefit to any of the property, and that it <br />would de-value rather than increase the value of the property. <br />Feels that the truck traffic will be substantially increased. <br /> <br />MR. NEAL ABRAHAM, 2647 Vir ginia: Asked if he would be <br />assessed. Also felt that there would be a substantial increase in <br />truck traffic. <br /> <br />MR. EDWARD J. ADAMS 556 'N. County Road C: Has a 780 foot <br />lot and asked how he would be assessed. Said that generally he <br />opposes the improvement of County Road C because of the increase <br />in truck traffic. <br /> <br />JOAN COOPER, 212 v~. County Road C: Objected because of the <br />increase in truck traffic. <br /> <br />IvR. JANlIS L. KING, 396 w. County Road C: Asked if it would <br />be necessary for the village to acquire additional right of way <br />to widen the road. Objected to the improvement because of addition- <br />al traffic and higher speed. Also presented a letter in opposition <br />to the improve~ent fro~ Mr. Norbert Peka, 384 County Road C. <br /> <br />MR. MARK COOPER, 212 W. County Road C: (spoke before) <br />Objected because of increased truck traffic and higher speed. <br /> <br />MR. CHARLES THELEN, 2646 Virginia: Wanted to go on record <br />as wholeheartedly endorsing the improvement. <br /> <br />DR. EMMET 1NILLIAMS, Superintendent of Schoo 1 s, Independent <br />School District No. 623 (Roseville): Speaking for the school <br />board, he indicated that they favor the improvement, mainly for <br />safety reasons. <br /> <br />REV.
