REV. C. C. HAINLEN, 2653 Matilda: Has three lots on the corner of Matilda and County Road C. Since access to his property is on ~~atilda he ,^Iili not be assessed. ~~. CHARLES THELEN, 2646 Virginia: His property is on the corner of County Road C and Virginia. Access is on Virginia and he will not be assessed. Also asked if there would be a new speed limit on the widened road, and if so, what it would be. MR. MARK COOPER, 212 W. County Road C: Didn't feel that the improvement would be a benefit to any of the property, and that it would de-value rather than increase the value of the property. Feels that the truck traffic will be substantially increased. MR. NEAL ABRAHAM, 2647 Vir ginia: Asked if he would be assessed. Also felt that there would be a substantial increase in truck traffic. MR. EDWARD J. ADAMS 556 'N. County Road C: Has a 780 foot lot and asked how he would be assessed. Said that generally he opposes the improvement of County Road C because of the increase in truck traffic. JOAN COOPER, 212 v~. County Road C: Objected because of the increase in truck traffic. IvR. JANlIS L. KING, 396 w. County Road C: Asked if it would be necessary for the village to acquire additional right of way to widen the road. Objected to the improvement because of addition- al traffic and higher speed. Also presented a letter in opposition to the improve~ent fro~ Mr. Norbert Peka, 384 County Road C. MR. MARK COOPER, 212 W. County Road C: (spoke before) Objected because of increased truck traffic and higher speed. MR. CHARLES THELEN, 2646 Virginia: Wanted to go on record as wholeheartedly endorsing the improvement. DR. EMMET 1NILLIAMS, Superintendent of Schoo 1 s, Independent School District No. 623 (Roseville): Speaking for the school board, he indicated that they favor the improvement, mainly for safety reasons.
