VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular r.1eeting of the Village Council, April 10, 1967. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Goodrich. Absent: Trustee Shields. Goodrich Moved, Graue 1 Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of March 27, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). The Mayor opened the hearing on Street Improvement 67-7. The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on proposed Street Improvement 67-7 in accordance with the resolution adopted March 13, 1967, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Village Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property o\vners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons present were afforded opportnity to be heard: MR. EDWARD lVIDERSKI, 386 Wagner Street, opposed the improvement. Communication was received from the following: W. J. HU~1BER, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (owner of property on Wagner Street between Woodruff and the cul-de-sac) - in favor of the improvement. After discussion of the views presented, ~layor Cedarholm closed the pub lic hearing. Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1792 ordering Street Improvement 67-7 and preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). The Mayor opened the hearing on Water Improvement 66-26. The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. 66-26 in accordance wi th the resolution adopted March 13, 1967, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager.
