<br />-2- <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1793 <br />ordering Improvement 66-26 and preparation of plans be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1793 <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the hearing on Sanitary Sewer Improvement 66-27. <br /> <br />IMP ROVE MENT <br />66-27 <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. 66-27 in accord- <br />ance with the resolution adopted March 13, 1967, which affidavit <br />was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be <br />filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a Certificate <br />of Mai ling Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which <br />certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed <br />to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description of the <br />general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and <br />the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published notice <br />of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons presented were afforded <br />and opportunity to be heard: No one appeared. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Cur ley Moved.
