<br />-2- <br /> <br />MR. RALPH DORSCH, 1722 Oakcrest: Asked if there might be any <br />changes in assessments at the time of the assessment hearing. <br /> <br />MR. H. DANIEL BODLEY, 2586 N. Fairview: Asked if there were <br />any plans in this proposed improvement to take care of the swampy <br />area just south of County Road C. <br /> <br />MR. JOSEPH RHODA, 2585 Herschel: Wanted to know if the storm <br />drainage pipes would be buried. Also discussed filling in the ditch <br />at the rear of his property and it was suggested by the Council that <br />he and his neighbors petition the village for restoration work. <br /> <br />MR. GORDY ROSENBERG, 1631 Bruce: Question regarding the assess- <br />ment boundary. <br /> <br />MR. MILO NIELSEN, l799 Rose Place: Asked what steps would have <br />to be taken to include the improvement of the swampy area south of <br />County Road C. <br /> <br />MR. A. ANTON, 2590 North Wheeler: Wanted to know if there would <br />be room between his lot and the next lot for the east and west sewer <br />line in back of the houses on Wheeler and Oakcrest. <br /> <br />MR. EARL R. DAWSON, 2613 Herschel: Wanted to know what streets <br />would be torn up if the improvement is constructed. Also wanted to <br />know the location of the pipes in the streets. Suggested that per- <br />haps permanent streets should be installed after the sewer construction <br />is finished. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1803 ordering <br />Improvement 67-10 and preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the petition on closing <br />off Huron Street from the new County Road C be placed on file and <br />referred to the Public Works Director and County Engineer. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1804 <br />establishing June 6, 1967, as the date for public hearing on <br />Storm Sewer Improvement 67-9 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 534 entitled <br />"An Ordinance Adding Chapter 89 to the Village Code, Pertaining <br />to Regulating the Use of Parks and Playgrounds and Establishing <br />Certain Prohibited Conduct Therein" be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 535 entitled <br />"An Ordinance Amending Section 8.260 of the Vi Uage Code. by <br />Allowing Furniture Stores of More than 40,000 Square Feet as a <br />Use by Special Permit in Limited Business (B-1) Districts" be <br />adopted.
