<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Heeting of the Village Council - September 11, 1967. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Goodrich, Grauel, <br />Shields and Curley. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of August 28, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm reopened the public hearing on Improvement 66-30. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that Improvement 66-30 be <br />denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Hayor Cedarholm opened the hearing on Improvement 67- 31 and <br />Improvement 67-25. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on proposed improvements in accordance with <br />the resolution adopted August 14, 1967, which affidavit was <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be <br />filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a <br />Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br />owners, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br />and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description of <br />the proposed nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br />ments and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br />the published notice of hearing. <br /> <br />The Public Works Director gave a report on the engineering aspects <br />of the proposed improvement. <br /> <br />After hearing the report, all persons present were afforded <br />opportunity to be heard and the following appeared: <br /> <br />DEANE ANKLAN. Represented OWasso Shores Corporation. Stated that <br />developers of the Owasso Shores Addition want a decision as to <br />whether Heinel Drive will be put through. If it is not to be put <br />through the corporation wishes to vacate the site of Heine! Drive <br />in their addition and dissolve the escrow account for its construction. <br /> <br />ROGER SAX. Attorney representing landowners along the proposed <br />street. He stated that the landowners are presently against the <br />street and sewer improvement. The landowners recognize that they <br />will ultimately be required to have sewer and wish a study of the <br />feasibility of running the sewer along the lake front. The land- <br />owners wish to retain the large-lot private character of the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />CHARLES MILLER. 531 S. Owasso Boulevard.
