VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Heeting of the Village Council - September 11, 1967. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Goodrich, Grauel, Shields and Curley. Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of August 28, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Mayor Cedarholm reopened the public hearing on Improvement 66-30. Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that Improvement 66-30 be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Hayor Cedarholm opened the hearing on Improvement 67- 31 and Improvement 67-25. The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on proposed improvements in accordance with the resolution adopted August 14, 1967, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description of the proposed nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- ments and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published notice of hearing. The Public Works Director gave a report on the engineering aspects of the proposed improvement. After hearing the report, all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard and the following appeared: DEANE ANKLAN. Represented OWasso Shores Corporation. Stated that developers of the Owasso Shores Addition want a decision as to whether Heinel Drive will be put through. If it is not to be put through the corporation wishes to vacate the site of Heine! Drive in their addition and dissolve the escrow account for its construction. ROGER SAX. Attorney representing landowners along the proposed street. He stated that the landowners are presently against the street and sewer improvement. The landowners recognize that they will ultimately be required to have sewer and wish a study of the feasibility of running the sewer along the lake front. The land- owners wish to retain the large-lot private character of the neighborhood. CHARLES MILLER. 531 S. Owasso Boulevard. He felt that the grade of the property made installation of the sewer and street at the pro- posed location prohibitive. 7:30 P.M.
