ARTHUR K:NEE, 2472 North Pascal: Presented a petition to the <br />Council from persons in the area between Snelling and Hamline and <br />adjacent to County Road B~2 requesting the village council to eliminate <br />the break in the frontage road at Pascal and establish the proposed <br />frontage road between Snelling and Hamline without any direct access <br />to County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Letter was presented from Mr. GLEN Jo JOHNSON~ 1535 W. County Road <br />B=2, for the Verde Haven Northview Association indicating that their <br />organization had adopted a motion on March 16 that the point of <br />access for future County Road B=2 be at Pascal Avenue. <br /> <br />MRo GLEN J.
