<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - August 19, 1968.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and
<br />Shields.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of July 22, 1968 be approved as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />Shields.
<br />
<br />On Page 2, Under Resolution No. 3040 it should read:

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />August 5, 1968 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on Improvement SS-67-37.
<br />
<br />The Manager presented the published notice and certificate of
<br />mailing.
<br />
<br />The Public Works Director presented the engineering report.
<br />
<br />No one appeared for or against the improvement.
<br />
<br />The Council took notice of the following written communications on
<br />the improvement.
<br />
<br />1. Petition from the Abestos Products Company dated September 12,
<br />1967, requesting the improvement.
<br />2. Letter from the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company dated
<br />September 25, 1968, stating approval of the improvement.
<br />
<br />The Mayor closed the hearing.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 3063 ordering
<br />Improvement SS-67-37 and calling for preparation of plans be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the public hearing on the Final
<br />Plat for Terrace Plat No. 11 Addition be continued until September 9,
<br />1968. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request for withdrawal of
<br />Lyons and Kruse rezoning, special use permit and division of a lot re-
<br />quests be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Shields and Moll. Nays: None.
