<br />Equipment and Supply Company for revision of its Special Use Permit
<br />in regard to facia material on the warehouse section of the building
<br />be approved as recommended by the Planning Commission. Roll Call,

<br />operator of the Bavarian Twins, for a public dance permit for teen
<br />age dances be disapproved until such time as the Police Chief and
<br />Mr. HiUesland get together and work out the matter satisfactorily
<br />for both parties. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the location of a sub station by
<br />Northern States Power Company west of Fairview and north of County
<br />Road B-2 be approved; and that Northern States Power Company present
<br />a more concrete layout as to their proposed construction plans to the
<br />Council for approval at the September 9, 1968 meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Division of Government Lot 9 at 2824 Lakeview be re-referred to the
<br />Planning Commission for recommendation; and that the Council take up
<br />the matter again at its meeting on September 9, 1968. Roll Call,

<br />lot by Warren Brennan, 3080 North Lexington Avenue be continued
<br />until September 9, 1968; and at that time he return with site plans,

<br />Shields and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />by John and Paul Schwalbach at 2633 North Rice Street be granted in
