<br />MR. AL SCHUTZE, 1999 N. snelling Avenue: lias storm sewer <br />on three sides of his property and wanted to know what his <br />assessment would be. <br /> <br />MR. DAN BODLEY, 2586 N. Fairview: Representing the home <br />owners from 2586 North Fairview to 2636 ~orth Fairview. <br />Presented a petition protesting any assessment to their property <br />because they will receive no benefit from the project. The <br />petition further indicated that they should not be assessed for <br />storm sewers unless and until sto~ sewers are installed on <br />Fairview north of ROse Place, and in addition the present water <br />runoff area between the end of tmproved sto~ sewer 67-10 and <br />County Road C be converted to an inclosed sewer tile system. <br /> <br />ViR. WAYNE; WAKE.FIf;LD, 2277 West Highway 36: It was <br />determined that he was not included in this improvement. <br /> <br />MR. GEORGE COOK, 2570 N. Snelling Curve: In the early <br />nineteen fifties he was assessed for the improvement of Ditch 4 <br />lateral by Ramsey County. He wanted to know if he would be <br />assessed again. If so, he objected to the second assessment. <br /> <br />lfLR. WILLIAM T. HARRIS, 44 Mid. oaks Lane s Questions his <br />assessment on the basis of the adequacy of the drainage of Mid <br />oaks Lane. There is only one line running in to drain the Lane <br />plus a short stub at the west road. <br /> <br />MR. ARLO ANTON, 2590 N. vlheeler: Thought that he had already <br />been ,assessed for the improvement. It was deter.mined that the <br />hearing he was referring to was the feasibility hearing. <br /> <br />MR. GEORGE aEILING& OWns a piece of property directly across <br />from the village hall on which a gas station is located. He feels <br />that only the northwest corner of the property should be assessed. <br />There is a low spot there that could be assessed. Also owns a <br />piece of property along Fernwood street and about half of the <br />wooded area has been included in this improvement. He said there <br />is no benefit because from the extension of Fernwood street the <br />land drops sharply away from where the storm sewer was installed. <br /> <br />Written communications were also received from the following: <br /> <br />ZINA B.
