Mr. Nelson <br />represented that Mr. Tschida's property would drain to the east and, <br />therefore, would not connect to the sanitary sewer on Western Avenue. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No, 4039 ordering <br />Improvement SS-68-26 and preparation of plans be adopted, Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Curley, Linebarger, Shields and Moll, Nays: None, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NOo 4039 <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on Improvement ST=68~24, <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />ST-68-24 <br /> <br />The Manager presented the published notice and certificate of mailing. <br /> <br />The Public Works Director and engineer presented the engineering report. <br /> <br />The Village Manager discussed tile proposed financing involved in the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />Those in attendance were afforded an opportunity to be heard regarding <br />the improvement. <br /> <br />GEORGE MALARK, 2218 Hamline Avenue, Asked where the sewer line on <br />Hamline Avenue would be located, Then asked where the sewer line on <br />the rear lot lines of property lying on the east side of Hamline would <br />be located.
