<br />Lexington Avenue as authorized in Mr. Burger's letter of October II,

<br />approved subject to the Minnesota Highway Department's vacation
<br />of the easement for frontage toads, approval of the storm sewer plan
<br />by the Village Engineer, and subject to the conditions set forth in
<br />the memo from the Public Works Director dated October I, 1968. that
<br />we grant a special use permit for more than 24 apartments in one
<br />building on the condition that he have 176 units with none exceeding
<br />two bedrooms. and that the Minnesota Highway Department be informed
<br />that the Village of Roseville has no need for retention of the frontage
<br />road on the east side of Cleveland Avenue between County Road Band
