<br />by the Village Engineer, and subject to the conditions set forth in
<br />the memo from the Public Works Director dated October I, 1968. that
<br />we grant a special use permit for more than 24 apartments in one
<br />building on the condition that he have 176 units with none exceeding
<br />two bedrooms. and that the Minnesota Highway Department be informed
