EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE HELD: December 10, 1990 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on the loth day of December, 1990, at 7:30 p.m., The following Councilmembers were present: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog, The following Councilmembers were absent: None. The following Resolution was offered by Councilmember Cushman who duly moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8632 RESOLUTION APPROVING REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 PLAN AND ESTABLISHING A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 A. WHEREAS, the City has caused to be prepared a Redevelopment Plan and Industrial Development District No. 1 Plan and proposes to establish a Redevelopment Project Area and Industrial Development District No. 1 pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 through 469.047 and Section 469.058; and B. WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the public interest that the City undertake and carry out the Redevelopment Plan and Industrial Development District No. 1 Plan pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 through 469.047 and Sesctions 469.048 through 469.068, encompassing the area which is indicated in the Redevelopment Plan and the Industrial Development District No. 1 Plan (which area is herein called the "Redevelopment Area" or the "Project"); and C. WHEREAS, the City on the date hereof, after having published a notice of public hearing in the official newspaper of the City, conducted a public hearing on the Redevelopment Plan and the Industrial Development District No. 1 Plan and received public comments on the same.
