<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - March 31, 1969. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Shields, <br />Curley and Grauel. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of March 17, 1969 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, <br />Shields, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Moll directed the Acting Manager to read the letter of <br />resignation of Councilman Shields. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on Improvement No. 68-30, <br />68-31 and 68-33. <br /> <br />The Acting Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publi- <br />cation of notice of hearing on proposed Improvements 68-30, 68-31 <br />and 68-33 in accordance with the resolution adopted March 10, <br />1969, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br />and was directed to be filed by the Acting Manager. The Acting <br />Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing <br />to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description of the <br />general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and the <br />area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in tile published <br />notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons present <br />were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names and addresses of <br />the persons appearing and heard by the Council, and the substance of <br />the views presented by them were as follows: <br /> <br />MR. TED GLASRUD representing Ban-Con, Inc. Indicated they would pay <br />the assessment within 30 days after the assessment roll is adopted, <br />if the improvement is ordered. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5074 ordering <br />the construction of Improvement No. 68-30, 68-31 and 68-33 be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley, Grauel <br />and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on Improvement No. 68-35. <br /> <br />The Acting Vi 11 age Manager presented an affidavit showing publi- <br />cation of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Drainage Improvement <br />No. 68-35 in accordance with the resolution adopted March 10, 1969, <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br />directed to be filed by tile acting Manager.
