The Acting Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publi- cation of notice of hearing on proposed sanitary sewer Improvement 68-36 which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the acting Manager. TIle Acting ~1anager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager.
