<br />Eh~ract of Minutes of ~eeting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ltinnesota <br />f4arch 5, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~tlnnesota, <br />community Room of Rosedale Center <br />was held in the ~ in said Village on Thursday, the 5th <br /> <br />day of f4arch, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Linebarger, Grauel, Anderson, and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor 11011 and Councilmen <br /> <br />The Village ~anager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Stln'rft Sewe:t' and Street <br /> <br />ImprO'l:lement ST..P-69-l7 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted February 16, 1970, which <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was di- <br /> <br />rected to be filed by the ~anager. The village r~nager also <br />exhibited a Certificate of ~ailing Notice of I~aring to all <br /> <br />affected property ~~ers, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />fiJanager. <br /> <br />The r~yor then directed the ~anager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br /> <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br /> <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
