DR. JAMES F. BERRY, 1059 West County Road C: Asked what the
proposed traffic plan is for the extension of oxford Street relative
to stop signs, one or two way traffic, etc. Indicated that for the
extension to be most effective it should await the completion of new
county Road C at least to Dale Street. However, he favors one way
traffic moving on Oxford south of old County Road C to make a better
access type operation for traffic moving right and left on new County
Road C so that it would serve as a funnel. He agreed that the storm
sewer improven~nt should be deferred and considered perhaps in con-
junction with the potential development north of old County Road C.
Also felt that a point worth considering would be the construction
of sidewalks on the north side of old County Road C which might
partially solve the problem of children walking to Lake OWasso
School. Further suggested that the whole project might better be
considered in 1971 when some of the other construction projects in
that area are completed.

MR. E. BAHNEMANN, 2656 Lexington: Asked about the length and
the location of the storm sewer.

MR. WALT PARSONS, 2730 North Oxford: Circulated a petition in
opposition to the improvement on Oxford between old County Road C
and County Road C-2. He and some others approached 34 homes on
Oxford north of the improvement area and they obtained signatures
at 30 of the homes in opposition to the improvement.

MR. S. KVENILD, 2720 North Oxford: He said that at the time
Mr. Garley built his apartments he said he had no interest in
extending Oxford Street and he would build his own street to connect
to new County Road C.

MARGE KVENILD, corner of old County Road C and Oxford: Com-
plained about the debris and fires at the apartment buildings.
