<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />March 14, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said village on Tuesday, March <br /> <br />14, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, and <br /> <br />councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Also present were Burke Raymond, Sherman Goldberg, Doug Strong, <br /> <br />Robert Bell, Roger Short, Duane Elliot, Peter Popovich. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of Notice of Hearing on proposed Combined lmprove- <br /> <br />ment of 1972, Series 3 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolu- <br /> <br />tion adopted February 28, 1972, which affidavit was examined <br /> <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by <br /> <br />the Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a Certificate <br /> <br />of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, <br /> <br />which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br />
