SS-W-P-72-l7

Village Manager Raymond presented a letter from Mr.
Joseph Buzzard indicating he was in favor of the improvement.

Councilman Curley commented that he had received a call
from Mr. Tilsen indicating he was in favor of the improvement.

MR. SIEGFRIED H. BAEC1<ER, 1000 W. count.y Road C-2:
H In my opinion I don' t see any need for me to have roads throuqh
there. II Further commented on the amount of assessment.s
he would have to pay. Mr. Goldberg pointed out that he could
sUbdivide his property into three lots.

MR. PAUL BUSCH, 2764 Aglen: opposed to the improvement
because part of his property would be used for right-of-way.

MR. DONALD ROSE, 2816 North Oxford: May be assessed on
two sides, and is opposed to the improvement.

MR. JAMES RADEP'ELDT, 1014 county Road C-2: Located at
the southwest corner of county Road C-2 and proposed Aglen.
Said the reason the road .ould go through is because the
petitioning property owners want to sell their property. Felt
they should assume full responsibility for the assessments.
They're the only ones who will gain. The village doesn't really
need the road to empty traffic off of county Road c-2 as a
thoroughfare or any reason.

MR.
