NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-91-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 45 AND ST-91-10 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, wil1 meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on the twenty-ninth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. P-91-02, Neighborhood 45 and ST-91-10 including all that property abutting: Fairways Lane from County Road B to Fulham Street Fulham street from County Road B to Fairways Lane by the installation of storm sewer, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $268,939.16.
