P-91-02 and P-91-03 <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 57 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said <br />City, on the twenty-ninth day of January, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as <br />amended on proposed Improvement No. P-91-02 and P-91-03, Neighborhood 57 <br />including all that property abutting: <br /> <br />Burke Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Dellwood Avenue <br />Burke Avenue from Fernwood Street to Lindy Avenue <br />Eldridge Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br />Karyl Place from Lindy Avenue to cul-de-sac <br />Skillman Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br />shryer Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br />Ryan Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood street <br />Draper Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Fernwood street <br />Dellwood Avenue from County Road B to Roselawn Avenue <br />Lindy Avenue from Burke Avenue to Skillman Avenue <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary appurtenances.
