<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - June 26, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Anderson.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of June 12, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, tnat Resolution No. 5857
<br />awarding bid for Improvement No. SS-70-l1, W-70-12 and P-ST-
<br />70-13 to Shafer Contracting Company, Inc. as low bidder in
<br />the amount of $304,439.00 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the final plat of Kline
<br />Industrial Park at 2800 Long Lake Road be rescheduled until
<br />the meeting of July 31, 1972. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request for special
<br />use for a commercial truck wash by Manny Hamburger at 2700
<br />North Fairview Avenue be referred to the Planning Commission
<br />for recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
