<br />-2- <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request for liquor <br />license by Zlirnnerman Realty for 2350 North Snelling Avenue <br />be continued until July 17, 1972. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Village Attorney <br />prepare an amendment to Section 44.090 of the Village Code to <br />allow barbecuing on the balcony of multiple dwellings and <br />apartment buildings under the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The barbecuing unit must be attached to the structure <br />in such a way that it cannot blow over or be turned <br />over. <br />2. The barbecuing unit shall be covered. <br />3. It shall be the responsibility of the owner of the <br />building if he chooses to allow barbecuing to making <br />sure his tenants secure the barbecue unit to the <br />balcony in the approved manner, such approval to be <br />determined by the Rosevi1le Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Grauel, Anderson and <br />Linebarger. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that an opinion be received <br />from the Attorney General regarding request of the Roseville <br />Firemen's Relief Association in their letter dated June 16, <br />1972. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Village Attorney be <br />instructed to draft the necessary document changing the <br />boundaries of the precincts for voting purposes in the fall <br />elections. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request by the <br />Pollution Control Agency to certify Roger Klober, Utilities <br />Superintendent, as Sewage System and Water System operator <br />in accordance with State Law.
