<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 26, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Thursday, April <br /> <br />26, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Also present~were Burke Raymond, Bill Converse, Doug Strong, <br /> <br />Roger Short, Don Christofferson and Peter S. Popovich. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of Notice of Hearing on proposed Improvement ST-72-15 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted March 26, 1973, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />Manager. <br />
